Obsession Nails Salon's Policies
Refund Policy
At Obsession Nails Salon, your satisfaction is our top priority. However, we do not offer refunds
for any of our services once they have been provided.
Once you have paid and left the premises, it signifies that you have agreed to our policy and terms and are satisfied with the services performed.
If you have any concerns or issues with your service, please address them with your technician during your service. If you feel the technician does not understand your concern, please reach out to management. We are committed to resolving any immediate concerns to ensure your satisfaction
before you leave.
Any complaints or dissatisfaction must be communicated to our staff before you leave the salon. We will do our best to resolve the issue on the spot.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Guarantees
We offer a 48-hour guarantee on enhancements and gel polish manicures. If you need a touch-up or you find an issue with your service*, just give us a call within this period. Repair appointments must be scheduled within 5 days of your original appointment.
Additional charges will apply for repairs requested beyond the 48-hour window or for repairs due to specific damages.
Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
*Clients are liable for any damages resulting from negligent care or accidental mishaps.
Terms and Conditions
By using our services at Obsession Nails Salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Satisfaction: We strive to provide the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied, please inform our staff before leaving the salon.
2. Service Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with contagious conditions, open wounds, or disrespectful behavior.
3. Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of service. Once payment is made and you leave the salon, it indicates your acceptance and satisfaction with the service.
4. Appointments and Cancellations: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice.
5. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, at the discretion of the salon.
6. Health and Safety: For the health and safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies prior to receiving services.
7. Ingrown Nail Removal: Your safety is our priority. While we are happy to assist with ingrown nail removal upon request, please note that we are not licensed podiatrists. If you choose this service, it will be performed at your own risk. Obsession Nails Salon cannot be held responsible for any complications, such as infections or discomfort, that may arise. For serious concerns, we recommend visiting a healthcare professional.
8. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.
9. Children Policy: Children under 10 must be supervised at all times or left at home.
10. Cell Phone Usage: Please use cell phones respectfully; hands-free devices are encouraged.
11. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and treated as cash.
12. Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions
at any time.
13. Management Discretion: Any issues not explicitly covered in these terms and conditions will be handled at the discretion of management.
Deposit Policy and Cancellation Disclaimer
To confirm your booking, a deposit of minimum $25 is required. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, due to the nature of our business, the following policies are in place:
1. Cancellations made 24+ Hours in Advance:
o If you cancel your appointment 24+ hours before, your deposit will be refunded back to your original payment.
2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours (last minute or the day of):
o Any cancellation made at the last minute of the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit (nonrefundable).
No-Shows:
o Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. The deposit will not be refunded or credited to future appointments.
Agree terms:
By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. These policies ensure that we can
provide the best service to all our clients and maintain an organized schedule.
